You’ll receive before and after photos after each visit, and we’ll take care of all the details, including weeding, pot refreshing, and gentle lettering touch-ups if needed.

Every care plan includes:

After your first clean, we’ll offer you a tailored care plan based on the type of memorial. Subscriptions are billed every four months and can be cancelled at any time. There’s absolutely no pressure or obligation — it’s simply there if you’d like ongoing care.

Where is the work carried out?
All work is carried out directly on-site at the cemetery or churchyard. Memorials are never removed or taken away.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email with your order details. Within a few days, we’ll send a follow-up email asking for the cemetery name, grave location, and any special notes. Once we have this, we’ll confirm the exact date of your clean (within 14 days).
How soon will the work be completed?
Work is normally carried out within 14 days of booking, allowing for weather conditions and scheduling. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact date of your service.
What is included in the price?
Every clean includes:
Full wash and gentle restoration
Repainting of faded lettering (black or white)
Weeding, edging, and tidy of the plot
Pots emptied and refreshed
Before & after photographs emailed to you
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. After your first clean, we’ll offer you a tailored 4-monthly care plan to keep the memorial looking its best. Subscriptions are billed every four months and can be cancelled anytime. There is no pressure or obligation to join.
Can I add flowers to my order?
If you’d like fresh flowers placed during the clean, we’ll be happy to arrange this through one of our trusted local florists.
We only collect and use flowers from our approved partners to ensure quality and reliability.
You’ll receive full details of these florists after booking, and we’ll collect your chosen arrangement on the day of your clean to place it with care.
What if I don’t know the grave location?
If you’re unsure of the plot number or exact location, please provide as much information as possible (name, cemetery, approximate area). We will do our best to locate the memorial.
Do you work in all weather conditions?
We can work in most conditions, but if the weather is severe (heavy rain, frost, storms), we may need to reschedule. You’ll always be kept informed.
What payment methods do you accept?
All bookings are paid securely online via Stripe, with the option to use Klarna if you’d like to split your payment into smaller instalments.
For elderly customers or those without internet access, we can also arrange bank transfer, cheque, or cash by prior agreement.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton, Arundel, Selsey, Havant, and surrounding villages. If you’re unsure, please contact us to confirm.
Will I be kept updated?
Yes. You’ll receive:
A confirmation email after booking.
A follow-up email requesting details and offering optional extras such as flowers.
A reminder the day before your scheduled clean.
A completion email with before & after photos once the work is done.
What products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, specialist cleaning solutions designed for memorial stone, which safely remove dirt and biological growth without damaging the surface.
Can I buy cleaning as a gift?
Yes. Grave cleaning can be booked for your own family or gifted to someone else. Just provide the details at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can you clean large or unusual memorials?
Yes. We can clean larger monuments, kerb sets, or unusual memorials, though some may require extra time. Please contact us before booking if you’re unsure.
Do you guarantee results?
Every memorial is different, depending on stone type, age, and condition. While we can’t guarantee a “brand new” finish, our specialist methods always achieve a significant and respectful improvement, which you’ll see in your before & after photos.
